Tootsies looking for a little TLC? Try a quick At-Home Pedicure with Tweezerman Pedicure Kit

After a long summer, my tootsies are screaming for some attention. I love my flip flops in the summer and I wear through the fall until it gets really cold. By the time fall rolls after your tootsies are exposed to the full-blown summer sun and temperature changes which can leave your feet dried out, callused and screaming for a break. Don't have time to go to the Salon or Spa?
Try an “At-Home Pedicure” with Tweezerman Economy Pedicure Kit.

Give your feet some TLC with a Natural At-Home Pedicure. You can do it yourself, it’s a breeze, here is how:

* Start by removing all nail polish from your toes:
1. Soak
Start off by filling a basin with warm water. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. This provides hydration for those worn out tootsies. You could also add an essential oil, such as rosemary or eucalyptus oil. No essential oils on hand? Cut one lemon or cucumber into thin slices and add them to the basin. Soak for about 10-15 minutes.
2. Trim and Shape
Shape up your toenails by cutting them straight across (to prevent painful ingrown toenails.) Push back your cuticles with a Cuticle Pusher, I like a metal instrument, so I use Tweezerman Cuticle Pusher and Cleaner. Trim any excess with a Cuticle Nipper.

3. Wash and Exfoliate
Scour away tough dirt and grime on your footsies with a loofah or nail brush.
Next, scrub away dead skin by massaging the rough areas on your feet with a pumice stone. Have tough calluses? Try the Tweezerman Callus Shaver simply glide the shaver gently across the corn or callus to remove thin layers of hard, dead skin. After removing calluses, snap rasp onto head of shaver and work back and forth over callused area to smooth skin.
4. Moisturize
Slather your feet in your favorite lotion. The key to getting rid of those calluses and cracked heels is ultimate moisture. I like to use a Natural Foot Lotion like Burt’s Bees Peppermint Foot Lotion. It smoothes and revives tired feet with Peppermint, The Menthol softens calluses with Vegetable-based Glycerin and the Coconut Oil cool your feet while Vegetable-based Glycerin and Coconut Oil help soften calluses. Leaving you with soft, smooth beautifully invigorated skin. What could be more refreshing?
5. Polish or Buff

Buff with a Natural Nail Buffer, Clear Polish or a Natural Nail Polish Color. I am a huge fan of OPI Soft Shades Collection Nail Lacquer in “Don’t Touch My Tutu” or OPI Classic Shades Nail Lacquer in “Barefoot in Barcelona.
