Carolina Herrera
Legendary Venezuela-born Carolina Herrera is known for crafting sophisticated, exquisitely detailed statements for the red carpet. Her standout evening dresses — broadtail cocktail dresses and sweeping ball skirts paired with crisp white cotton shirts — have earned her two CFDA awards (the 2004 womenswear award and the 2008 Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award). Among her legion of adoring Hollywood A-listers are Heidi Klum, Salma Hayak and Renee Zellweger, who has graced the Oscars in Carolina Herrera gowns year after year.
